When you are using a multi input Modulator either our HD4111 MPEG4
or HD4112 MPEG2, and you need to feed one or more inputs with CVBS SD,
use this upscaler. it is powered by USB and can connect to the USB port
on the modulator.
If you use more than one upsclaer on one modulator, use our
4 way USB splitter to power then all from one USB socket.
