Return Policy

Please check your order for correctness upon arrival for correct items ordered and quantity ordered and report any discrepancies as soon as possible.

  • All items must be returned in Manufacturers original box with all instructions, hardware accessories, etc. Item(s) MUST be in resalable condition and unused. Please DO NOT write the return authorization number or addresses on manufacturers box. This makes the item non resalable and credit will not be issued.
  • Returns are broken down into two categories. Company Error and Customer Error.
    The customer must obtain a return authorisation number for any of the return categories.
    To process your return, please call 07 47287704 to receive a return authorisation number.

Company Error

  1. Returns will not be accepted after 7 Days.
  2. Orders returned within 7 days will be credited 100% of the invoiced amount. (If the item is in complete resalable condition)
  3. When you phone us for a return authorisation number, we will advise you on what method to use to return the goods to us. DO NOT send the goods back on Kristal Electronics account without
    our authority. You MUST wait for our return instruction before sending the goods back.
    Failure to do so will result in the freight charge being charged back to you.
  4. The customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.

Customer Error/Cancellation

  1. Customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs, plus the costs to return the goods to Kristal Electronics.
  2. Returns will not be accepted after 7 Days.
  3. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees and costs.
  4. Orders returned within 7 days will be credited the invoice amount LESS the original shipping costs and associated fees, less 20% re-stocking fee.
  5. Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.

General Return Policy Notes

  • All dates are from the date of the invoice.
  • Defective merchandise that is to be returned for warranty repairs, needs to be returned under the conditions specified under our Warranty Returns section on our home page.
  • Please DO NOT ship returns freight collect; the warehouse will refuse these shipments.
  • Customer is responsible for acceptable repackaging of all returns.
